This is the website of the Apple Ridge Homeowners’ Association in Winchester, Virginia! Our 120 home subdivision is located off of Senseny Road in eastern Frederick County, Va. We are a family centered neighborhood with yearly activities such as Fall Family Fun Day, an Easter Egg Hunt, and a Back to School Ice Cream Social for the kids. We have an elected Homeowners’ Board which meets monthly. The board includes the usual officers plus Social, Grounds, Architectural, and Nominations Positions. |
